hotsift is our clever filter system which automatically highlights quality candidates and saves you sifting through hundreds of CVs. How are my responses handled?

Once the candidate clicks on apply, they simply fill in their email address, attach a CV and cover note and their response will be emailed direct to your inbox. Their application will also be stored in your account under "manage responses" so that if you ever have any problems with your email, your recruitment campaign won't be affected.
